瑞典購物中心Farsta Centrum，發現很多機構都需要舊衣捐助，但是平均每位瑞典人每年會丟掉8公斤的衣服，Farsta Centrum決定要讓這些舊衣服不要再被浪費掉，於是他們發明了一台機器，只要消費者拿舊衣來機器秤重，並且選擇要捐給哪一家機構後，機器就會印出購物中心的折價券，讓消費者可以拿來換購新衣，因此募得12噸的舊衣，也讓營業額增加11%，一舉數得。
